most of this is just a way to dump or post alot of things i've done, or worked on/with over the last few years, because i'm too lazy to archive everything properly.

drift boosting
"what is drift boosting, are you stupid?"
yeah kinda, but driftboosting is exactly how it sounds, you make your car drift, get out of the drift, and receive a boost of speed.
"why does the game do this, are the devs stupid?"
stupid? yes. rushed? yes.
the reason why this is in the game is because it was a left over from the previous game, NFS prostreet, specifically the drift events (and its physics)
in a vault editor, you can see where the value was left, you can fix the bug by making all values 0
